Returns & Exchange Policy

 
We gladly offer return or exchange of merchandise within 14 days of receipt.

Customer will be responsible for all return shipping cost.

We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of posting.

All items should be returned in the original condition in which they were sent.

Every item is inspected by a senior staff member to ensure quality control.

If the garment is solid, damaged, washed, or if any tags have been removed, the garment will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense.

Once returned goods have been checked, we will process your refund or exchange.
